The images i have presented in this post display the style of stairs i have chosen to incorporate in my design both sketched and modelled on sketchup. The highest image is the design i have chosen to use for my final submission; i have redeveloped the above ground space to provide the viewer with visual yet not physical access to the uppermost regions, thus enhancing the feeling of abandonment. I have also completely redesigned my "falling" space into a more accessible area, whilst maintaining the sense of a fall through hanging elements attached to the roof of the lower level.
